Room Set Up

We take special care in setting up your event to meet all your needs.  We will insure the room is set up properly by setting up 2 hours prior to your event.  The room will be complete 30 minutes before the event start time, unless other arrangements have been made at the time you signed your contract.  Our event team will attach a detailed plan of your event to insure we have met all your needs.

Audio Visual (AV) Equipment

Please inform our event team of any AV equipment needed at the time of your booking.  All details of AV needs must be confirmed 7 days prior to your event.  Everything you need for your presentation will be quoted upon request.  All our AV equipment has a rental fee that will be added to your contract at the time of signing.

Food & Beverage Minimums

Depending on the season and month, your food and drink choices are subject to change.  The minimums agreed upon at the time of signing your contract will be applied to the consumption at the time of your event.  We do not permit guests to bring outside food into our establishment.  Prices are subject to our local and state taxes.

In regards to beverage consumption, please be aware that all cocktails are charged per drink.  Should your party have more than 30 guests, please be aware that your contract will have a $50 private bar set up fee that is applied to your contract at the time of signing.  Wine is charged per open bottle or by the glass.  Our event team will go over our wine and champagne selections at the time of your booking and all selections must be chosen at least 7 days prior to your event.  You may not bring any liquor, beer, or wine into our establishment due to the laws of our (TABC) Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission.  Please, be aware that the minimum does not include tax or gratuity.
